Shipping policy
Welcome to JOMOO! We strive to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please review our detailed shipping policy below.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3 PM on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
- 
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship it separately with no additional shipping charge.
 
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $20. When your order qualifies for free shipping, we will select the carrier from DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS to ensure efficient delivery.
- For orders under $20, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who may choose the preferred carrier.
- Availability: The official Jomoo store offers shipping from local warehouses within the United States, covering most regions across the country.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Standard international shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
Note: Our shipping service currently does not support the following areas: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other remote locations. If your address is located in these regions or does not appear at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
- Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Restrictions
- Hazardous Materials: Some products are classified as hazardous materials and cannot be shipped to certain locations. If your order contains such items, you will be notified at checkout.
- Unavailable Area: We do not ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories. For customers in these locations, we recommend contacting our customer service for alternative shipping options.
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: JOMOO is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure that your address is correct at the time of order.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact customer service. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- 
Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or severe weather.
 Damaged Items in Transport.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at store@jomoogroup.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
